Best Day Ever!

Well today has been pretty good so far. It might not be the best day ever but crafting with friends is always the best of fun!
Today's cards have all been made with the FREE yes FREE saleabration stamp set called Best Day Ever! I chose the In- colours 2013/2015.

Painted Petals

I saw this on You Tube this morning by fellow demonstrator Sam Donald as just fell in love with the softness of the card. In real life it is SO pretty; So simple and SO easy to make! A win win for me. I decorated the inside to match. Colours are Strawberry Slush and Pear Pizazz. The sentiment is from the Celebrate Today stamp set.

Punch Art

I haven't made any cards for children for ages so I've made a few today using my Stampin Up! Punches. There is a famous pig; a popular snowman; some little monsters and a giraffe. I might even made seething else later!

Hooray for today - 4

So the Geometrical stamp set is not just for men. Here I have used the more feminine 'Crisp Cantaloupe' colour way with some ' Crumb Cake' thrown in.

Hooray for today - 3

Here is my own version of the other two. I went "off piste" for this one. I think they make great cards for men. Do you agree?

Hooray for today - 2

Here is another version of the previous card. This time I have used trusty Washi tape. It is so easy to use. I love it!

Hooray for today!

Here is a card I made using the new designer series paper called Sweet Dreams with the stamp set called 'Geometric' and the matching triangle punch.

Sorry the colours are a bit washed out. It is actually sunny.

Yesterday's Design- Today's Colours

Here is the card design I made yesterday in a different colour way. The speciality paper has been coloured with Pear Pizazz.

Free Irresistibly Yours Speciality Designer Series Paper

Slightly over looked is the delightful 'Irresistibly Yours' resist paper which can be coloured on a number of different ways to reveal the embossed pattern. I sponged the leaf design using Melon Mambo ink pad; used the Melon Mambo Blendibility pen to colour the vellum cardstock for the small punch butterflies and used my paper pricker and the paper piercing essentials pack to create a subtle border. The simple sentiment was from the new Crazy About You stamp set. Of course I finished off the card with the amazing rhinestones.

Each one is unique. They are so pretty ' in real life'

Petal Potpourri

Here are some quick cards I made with this new stamp set and matching punch. The background mesh and fern are from the set Butterfly Basics.

I love the delicate flower and subtle colour combination with the  gorgeous vellum cardstock

Painted Blossoms Designer Series Paper

I made six cards using one piece of 12x12 designer series paper from the lovely Painted Bloosoms set; a quick bit of stamping and some die cut butterflies. So easy but so effective.

I really like the white and off set vellum Cardstock butterflies with some rhinestones to finish them off. I hope you agree?

Washi tape 3 ways

Here are five identical cards using Washi tape to create an L frame, a banner and a flower ( or any other shape to punch out)

Golden butterflies

I made two variations on a theme here. One just using a gold foil card butterfly whilst the second used some of the cut out pieces as background to bling it up a bit.

My husband thinks the first one is too busy but I like it! What girl doesn't like a bit of bling???@
