This works well every time. Take 4 pieces of co-ordinating Designer Series Papers and cut them all to 9 x 13 centimetres.
Cut along the 9 cms side at 4cms (creating two pieces at 4 and 5 cms respectively).
Cut the 4cms wide piece into two ( 6 and 7 centimetres)
Cut the 5 cms wide piece into two ( 8 and 5 centimetres)
Mix the pieces up creating four 9x13 cms patchwork pieces. I like to stick mine onto a 9x13 base piece of card stock.
Then mount them onto a co-ordinating mat which measures 9.5 x 13.5 cms.
Decorate each patchwork rectangle with matching embellishments as shown here with the Stampin Up! More Amore DSPs.
The die- cut hearts on the cards are from the papers. Aren't they fantastic?
